This homemade cleat holds all the ropes. I make a loop of rope that goes over a limb, this loop never has a load, it is there in case the rope from the antenna to the to the weight breaks, in this case I can just use the loop to put the line from the antenna insulator over the limb and back to the chain. The cleat is about 9 feet off the ground. I use a step ladder to reach it, but it is out of reach to others.
